My Services
Full Pre-Inspection (sellers)
Let me inspect your home before you list it! A Pre-inspection will help you to avoid last-minute negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price. It will give you a chance to fix the issues found during the inspection before prospective buyers can discover them, and peace of mind, knowing that you are dealing in good faith. This service also includes all the systems of the Full Home Inspection. Full Color Home Inspection Report
After the inspection, I will provide you with an easy to read, comprehensive report with detailed descriptions and high resolution digital photos of any issues I have discovered. This report will be emailed to you the same day of the Inspection! Radon Testing
Radon testing with instant results is now available with every home inspection. |
Special safety measures during my Home Inspections
COVID – 19 has changed our world and especially the way we do business.
I understand that many clients are insecure about having a Home Inspection done.
The seller might have concerns about having the inspection done in the house they put on the market while they still live there.
Also, the home buyer might not want to be there during the time of the inspection because of the Coronavirus situation.
For this reason, I implemented special safety measures during my inspections:
1. At the time of inspection, I wear a facial mask and gloves inside the home to give the seller Peace of Mind about me touching anything.
2. If the home buyer prefers not to be present during the inspection, I offer to use FaceTime (or a different online tool) to walk through the house, and show them what I found after the inspection.
That way, neither buyer, nor seller need to be present during an inspection, and the possibility of spreading COVID – 19 is eliminated.
